We undercharge because we're not sure our value, or our promise, is clear. We say yes to work that doesn't quite fit, because income has to come from somewhere. And at the end, we underdeliver because we can't handle it all.

Income, time, energy: they all feel scattered, and the uncertainty seems to never end. Creativity, the one that keeps us alive, doesn't seem to find a fertile soil where to grow.

Fruitful: Business Residency is a 12-week container to turn your whole body of work into one clear, powerful offer.

Together, we'll walk through the Fruitful Method, a four-step path from idea to launch: Harvest, Pack, Weight, Ship. Each step gives your scattered efforts a place to land, so nothing gets lost and everything finally has room to grow. The Method will help you go from "where do I even start?" to "this is the next step, I know where I'm landing."

And the best part: you won't do this alone. Every week, we meet online with the same group of peers doing the same work, at the same pace, holding each other through the doubts, the decisions, and the small wins along the way. It's about holding and being held. Asking and answering. Sharing and listening.

I'll be there too, teaching and holding, in our sessions and in our dedicated community space in Circle, where you can post your wins or questions during the week. And whenever you're ready, you can book one of your two 1:1 sessions with me, to work on whatever you're building: a retreat, a training, a course, you name it.

By the end, you'll have one offer, ready to launch. One that holds your creativity instead of asking you to shrink it. One your income can finally rely on, season after season.

Live lessons where I teach each step of the Method in real time. This is where the content lives, no recordings, just us working through it together, translated into your own body of work and your own offer.

Coworking sessions for silent, focused work, side by side. Just you, your offer taking shape, and a group quietly building alongside you.

Circles to slow down and make space for everything that came up along the way. This is where the inner work blends in, where we share our doubts and our wins, and remember we're not doing this alone.

If you ask me, It's about sovereignty. It's about refusing to let our work dictate the rhythm of our lives.

This residency isn't only about building one offer. It's about deciding how you want to spend your mornings, who you want to work alongside, which causes your money and your knowledge get to contribute to. It's about building something that holds your life, instead of quietly running it. To shift away from extractive logics and move towards a regenerative one, so our work gives back as much as it takes.

What we actually do, step by step

This is the moment we research, both in and out. We use different techniques to start from the desires that wake up something in us, and match them with what the people we usually work with actually need, through research interviews, market analysis, forms, even a beta version. At this stage, we also set up the conditions around us to grow: our working place, our routines, our community, our habits. It's about regenerating what's already there, not starting from scratch.
By the end of this module, you'll have:
- Clarity on who you actually want to work with
- Real research to ground your offer, not assumptions
- The conditions around you set up to sustain this growth
Here we set the container for our body of work. We bring the harvest into something specific, explore different offer possibilities, and find which one actually fits our lifestyle.
By the end of this module, you'll have:
- The name, length, and duration of your offer
- Its packaging and branding, ready to show
- Less need to explain over and over, and more clarity in its value, so you can reuse it again and again over time
Here's where the numbers come in, don't be afraid. We make sure the price of your offer reflects its value and the work behind it (yes, your working hours are usually the biggest cost).
By the end of this module, you'll have:
- A price built on real numbers, not guesswork
- Clarity on how many units you need to sell, and the profit behind them
- Projections for your offer's return, so you can see it stretching into the future, and know you're not falling into undercharging or overdelivering, something that's impossible to sustain over time
The last step. We don't want your offer to sit in storage. We've built something great, and it's time everyone knows about it.

- A launch plan, ready to execute
- A way to reach the right people
- Your offer, live in the world, transforming their lives, and yours

Here’s what you get

Twelve 2-hour sessions online, every Monday at 6pm CEST, across the twelve weeks: lessons, coworking, and circles, all held together in real time.
A dedicated space to share your wins, ask your questions, and stay connected with the group between sessions. I'll also be checking in and asking questions along the way.
Every template, exercise, and recording from the residency, yours to revisit for a full year.
One-on-one time with me, to work through whatever you're building, at your own pace.
Once the 12 weeks end, the group continues. We'll coordinate the dates together for 2027, three more monthly sessions to keep you accountable and supported as your offer meets the world.
