  • I translate numbers into decisions. After working in FP&A roles closely with founders, I support budgeting, forecasting and bring visibility on what’s really driving your growth (or not)

  • I design systems, coordinate moving parts and make sure things move forward without everything depending on you.
    My Digital Project Management certification strengthens the operational foundations that allow you to scale.

  • I help you build a digital ecosystem that supports your growth: newsletters, copywriting, funnels, automations and digital products designed to work as a system that attracts, converts and scale.

  • Last, what matters the most: people. From your community to your collaborators, I help manage and strengthen the relationships that keep your company alive.

about me

I’m originally from Patagonia, Argentina, and based in Berlin since 2019. My path moved from corporate, to scale-ups, to early-stage startups, and closer and closer to founders. My goal has always been to work where ideas are still fragile, and help them grow

My superpower is simple. When someone shares an idea, my mind immediately moves to action, how to make it possible. I like translating ideas into plans, and plans into reality

Today, I partner with founders at that early growth stage, when things are starting to take shape but still need structure, clarity and extra hands to move forward

  • Meditators Club

    Led the planning and execution of an online meditation community, coordinating workshops, events, team and digital initiatives.
    I designed operational workflows, aligned collaborators and ensured ideas were translated into consistent execution as the community grew.

    This role required moving between vision and operations, bringing structure while supporting a founder-led initiative.

  • Marketers in Berlin

    Created and launched the monthly newsletter for a 300-member community of freelancers and professionals. I developed the concept, set up the full technical system and manage the ongoing content and performance tracking.

    This became a key communication channel, strengthening the community and creating a consistent growth asset.

  • Caraza Records

    Implemented the first financial structure for a growing music label with high monthly expenses but no clear visibility.

    I analyzed historical data and future plans to build a simple, practical budgeting system combining realistic projections with past performance. I also introduced monthly cost control and worked closely with the founder and team to develop financial habits that allowed them to maintain clarity and make informed decisions over time.

    This provided, for the first time, a clear overview of their financial position and the tools to manage it sustainably.
