They're multipassionate, deeply feeling, full of direction — and somehow still stuck. Not because they're not capable. But because no one taught them to hold both: the inner landscape and the outer strategy.
This is where I work. At that intersection. Helping you move from a dream that lives in your head to a business that lives in the world — without flattening yourself to do it.
The goal isn't to choose between who you are and what you build.
It's to make them the same thing.
The work is playful and it's rigorous. It's reflective and it moves. We look at what's holding the vision back — inside and out — and we build from there, step by step, with trust and curiosity.

For years, I worked for other people's dreams. I was good at it. but I never asked myself about mine.
When I finally did, fear showed up first. Then overwhelm. Then the trap of too many directions with no clear path. I got lost in the space between wanting everything and building… nothing.
What I found (with time, tbh) is that the biggest obstacles weren't strategic. They were internal. And the biggest breakthroughs weren't emotional. They were structural. The two are inseparable.
So I stopped treating them as separate problems and started integrating them into one practice. That integration is now the core of everything I do.
I'm trained in business, digital project management, yoga, feminist economics, facilitation, and sound work. Not as a collection of credentials but as a way of seeing the beautiful world around me and create from there. Each thread taught me something about how we humans move, get stuck, and build.
